Thought I'd toss an update on this custom Flame Pacer Imperial build..... Decided to put the Les Paul style selector switch where I prefer it.... like on a Strat or my Ibanez or LTD Mirage... in front of volume knob and lower. The existing toggle location will become a coil tap switch.

I Drilled the 1/2" switch hole knowing I needed to stay high enough to keep the cavity out of the edge radius. Now I'm cleaning up the cavity by routing it a little larger and longer. I need to make the lip ledge a skosh deeper to flush the plate with the body.

Since it needs a custom cavity cover and I also wanted a Brass Neck Plate, I bought a 1/8" thick piece of brass to make both from :mrgreen

Some updates on my Flame Honey Burst Pacer Project. Got the Les Paul style 3-way switch located and drilled for where I want it. Measure ten times and drill once!
