Wow that is beautiful! I've always wanted to try one of those, I'm really curious about how the R1 nut feels combined with the shorter scale. Too bad they're so very rare here in Europe. One showed up relatively near me once, a 1988 model too iirc, also black. One owner guitar with original case and all. The guy who bought it new in the 80s had decided to sell it. He was asking about $4000 which is too much for me being a student lol
