My guess is that they cut the slot too deep. Looks like a crap job making a nut anyway. Very amateur work.

the beaver tried its teeth at making a nut with this one...

not only are all of the slots completely bullshit but the nut itself isn't even seated in the nut slot. like aren't nuts supposed to sit flush in the slot.

this has to be the most half assed attempt at nut making I've seen in a bit.
