What are you listening to?

Doc wrote:You guys gotta check this one out, not metal but this kid channels early Robert Plant in a way that sort of gives shivers. I only just learned of this band a hour ago, eager to hear more. Maybe some of you know them, as apparently they are from Michigan, and I think there a fair number of Kramer enthusiasts up that way. I would bet my ass these kids are gonna go big - it's old and new at the same time, and the singer's pipes are amazing.
Part of me says Greta Van Fleet is so ridiculously blatant in ripping off Zep (and not really adding much to it) that it's a joke. The other part of me says I don't care it's still damn good. Two sold out shows upcoming in LA so I guess the word is out.

Thanks, didn’t know there was new Saxon. Going to check that out.
Priest has been on in my car for the last few days. I like it more and more as I listen to it. Stand out tracks so far are :
Never the heroes
Spectre
No surrender

Really all of them! Flame Thrower, Lightning Strikes and Firepower are all good too!

The new STP is FNG GREAT!
Front to back the new album is as good as any of their old stuff.
Im not just saying this because the new volalist is from around my area, (S.E. Michigan).
The songs are truly good, and classic STP.
AS Always Dean DeLeo is spreading tasty guitar riffs, and the rhythm section puts out some solid grooves.
The new vocalist Jeff Gutt eerily sounds perfect for this band, new guy, but old guy vibe.
