Looks cool. Description made my day.

Item Description
This is GrassRoots made, left hand model. While using low price, ash of the body material, maple of the neck material and classic materials are also used in the top models. In addition, it is equipped with lock type tremolo of Floyd Rose license, intense arming is still wishful. Also equipped with a coil tap, it is possible to create a wide range of sounds from intense distortion sounds to clean and clear sounds. Excellent cost performance is a strong friend of a left-handed guitarist! It is a beautiful item that can hardly see the feeling of use.

Ain´t Grassroots the cheap line of ESP?

ESP / LTD / Grassroots like EBMM / Sterling / SUB?
Practice cures most tone issues.

ESP also have two other lines: Edwards and Navigator. The breakdown is something like:

ESP - the brand we know and love. They're transitioning the ESP brand into a premium, $1,500.00+ brand.

Navigator - High-end clones of Fender and Gibson's for the Japanese market. They're A) expensive and from what I've heard, B) worth the money. I'd go after one of these before I went after a Gibson or a Fender.

LTD - the sub $1,500 ESP equivalent

Edwards - Sort of like the 'LTD' for the Japanese market. They build a more diverse range of instruments though, and offter less expensive versions of the Navigator models. I've heard good things.

Grassroots - As observed, my understanding is thar grassroots is the 'student guitar' line from ESP. That said - these are all ESP brands. Much like Fender Squire are decent guitars for the money, I'd expect the same from Grassroots.

I wouldn't... but it's an old and fruitless discussion ;)

Grassroots are to ESP what Strikers are to Kramer. No good.
