Hello Kramer Gurus,

Anyone have a nice clear picture of an early 84 Baretta volume pot (actually in the guitar)...basically looking for a good pic of the entire elec. routed area.

Just trying to make sure she is as original as she can possibly be. The volume knob is not the original, so just trying to identify if the volume pot is.

Are there brand marks or any other identifying features on an original volume knob to verify?

But, if you would like, i can post a photo of mine for review.

From the photo, it seem obvious that the pot had been changed, and whoever did it, routed (or chiseled) out some of the body to account for the difference in height.

Well, i guess now ill have to try and get my hands on an original Baretta volume pot.... lol

Anyone have one lying around for sale?

I've had this guitar since 1986... it was less than 2 years old when i bought it. Seems wierd that a volume pot would have went bad in that time to force the prior owner to swsp it out.

That routing around the pot is probably factory, you see it quite often.
