Mick Mars is my hero, and I was seriously jonesing for a Floyd Rose Tele when this beauty entered my life.
A 1987 Classic II in a color that speaks for itself.

This was my first physical introduction to vintage Kramer, and I couldn't have been any luckier. I picked this up on Black Friday last year for under $700, and it basically hasn't left my hands since. The neck is slim yet round, and the frets are short and wide which I've come to prefer. The switching is very cool too; 3 on/off toggles and a switch for using the selectors or just the humbucker. I've always sucked at using a 5-way blade in the heat of a song, so having the in-betweens a single switch away from the bridge is wonderful.

Speaking of the humbucker, topping off my luck was this delightful sight.

Couldn't possibly be happier. I've really bonded with it and related to it's quirkiness. And inspired by the color, I named it Buttercup.
