Theoretically the thin fret crown will have more exact intonation then a flat, wide one. Be it with pyramid or with thin vintage frets. But the trouble is that the fret positioning, nut height and many other things all the way to the strings used also affect that, so making the crowns thin only helps a bit but can't cover all the bases. You already know the Earvana/Buzz Feiten nuts or true temperament frets, not even those solutions are perfect and they do much more than these frets.
