Acoustic guitars need much more care.
You need to purchase and use a humidifying system. Then store your guitar in the case when it is not in use. Acoustic guitars require 45-50 percent humidity. If a guitar gets to dry. The top will sink, the top will crack, the bridge can lift off, braces can break, and more. This is not covered under any Manufacture Warranty.
I prefer the D'Addario 2 way humidifying system. These are a chemical packs that absorb/releases the proper amount of humidity into the guitar and case. They last about 6 months. Then you just purchase replacement packs.
I see hundreds, and hundreds of guitars in for humidity related repairs in a year. NONE of these are covered under warranty. These repairs pay my bills. LOL.
I and Taylor Guitars endorse the D'Addario system.

Oh. Take the desiccant pack out of the case. They will dry out and destroy guitars.
