I would advise saving some more money and maybe getting a new Nightswan and having it set up. There are several thread reviews on the New Nightswan's in this forum.

Why specifically did you mention a Nightswan?
To inform you. The Nightswan, and ProAxe were some of the only Gibson Scale 24 3/4 scale length, USA assembled models made. There are several Japan only models that are also this scale length. The Grace, and Glide series are a few.

The original 1980's Kramer Nightswan, and ProAxe guitar models are rare in left handed and would command a premium. I would expect a left handed ProAxe to sell for over $2,000.00 USD, and an original left handed Nightswan to be priced around $5,000.00 USD.

Most other Kramer models made are a Fender type 25.5 scale length. Any vintage original Kramer guitars in a left handed version will command a premium. Most 1980's era vintage Kramer's models above a Striker will cost you much, much more than $600.00.

A new Kramer would be the most obtainable, and affordable option. JMO.
