I understood "hard to *get* FR in tune", which makes more sense when set up floating.

The fourth time I listened to this, I realized that he probably says "get these Floys Roses in tune". That makes a lot more sense, if he, say, would re-string it by first pulling off all the strings, as would be acceptable on most non-floating trems or fixed bridges.
