So my Boss ME-25 still has my present channels but it screws up trying to make new ones. So I guess I'm looking for a new one that has the same features, recording capabilities and custom patches. Any suggestions?

Get the same one again? shrug

Otherwise some people like our Kickstart here prefer this one:

Yep. The Digitech 360 XP offers a lot of bang for the buck. Besides a useful looping-function with 40 seconds maximum length it has a decent drum machine. While the distortions have the same problem all digital emulators to some extent have the modulation section has all the bells and whistles in high quality such as Lexicon reverbs and the like.

The GUI you can use when connected via USB is also a plus imo and allows a lot of tweaking and signal-chaining to get good results. You can also use it as an audio interface for direct recording.

Here´s a video of someone uses it:

But in the end it´s all about personal preferences and budgets. There are tons of devices out there which some like and others hate shrug .

Go with what you know.....or at least the current version of it. Would save time with the learning curve if you already know how to use it.
+1 on the Digitech stuff. Been using it for years, gigging too.

You could get the old one fixed, it might not be a big problem.

Indeed. Might just need a hard reset.

I really liked my me-25. I'll try a hard reset first. But I'll definitely look into it kickstart. I know your licks sound awesome

I don't know if you already got a pedal or if you would even be interested but I have a brand new condition Digitech RP-500 in the box you can have for $50 if you want? I used it once, but I prefer my old pedal board.

Also, it's not really a pedal, but a while back XXX recommended to me the Boss Micro BR80. It is awesome. It has some amps and effects on board, but the coolest features are the recording capabilities and the Eband and jam features. It's really a lot of fun. I see you post jam tracks on the forum so thought you might like it. I got mine on Reverb for I think $170 brand new.

Where's the review then? :poke

I'm also still using my micro-br for jamming with headphones and writing and such. Love it :headbang

Thanks again man. I really do like it. Bc of this device I actually started playing gigs again. Well not really gigs, but I've been playing covers in bars and it's a lot of fun. I was always just noodling around in the house and didn't realize how bad your rhythm gets after years of playing alone. I've been using it a lot. I'll post a proper review soon, I really recommend it for anyone.
