I'd say, "finally"! Big improvement, if it works like the Gotoh/Wilkinson arm.

I just ordered two of these push-in arms.

They also finally made one with a 3mm allen wrench at the tip:

Got them today, I ordered one in chrome and one in nickel. Fits exactly and is the same size and angle as the normal arm. They're Floyd-branded too, didn't even know these are "original".

Works fine for my dive-only axes. It has no additional screw-on feature like Gotoh and will thus probably pop out if you do lots of pull-up acrobatics.

Is that a set screw or what is its purpose?

The little screw from the side? It's for setting the arm tension, just like Gotoh.

The screw-on feature I'm talking about is a screw coming from below through the ferrule, while the arm has a threaded hole in the middle. So when you push the arm in, you screw it on additionally, then it can't pop out when doing pull-ups.

I love the feel, works much better then the FRT-1000 arm and even the Schaller ones I bought recently aren't that good anymore and will get unscrewed after a few strong dives. This saves the day, so I'll eventually change it on most of my floyds.
